To tell the truth, it was first lesson in my life, which was made like a talk show. We were a little bit shy and worried because the lesson was in front of the audience and, moreover, it was recording. However, we had good helpers around us who answered our questions by sharing their experiences or stories related to our theme. We also could give some advices to each other or ask in detail the most interesting parts of stories. I felt free after first minute of our conversation because group of people participated with great enthusiasm! However, people who make the talk show like this should have a clear plan of show with questions, interesting videos, pictures, etc. Somethimes, audience can ask their own questions or the answers could be very long. In both of this unexpected situations, the host of the show must take control and improvise, that we did, too. Even though we had more questions to ask, we had limited time.((
In my case, this kind of talk show-lessons develop not only English skills, but help students to tell their own opinions in front of many people and teach them how to be more open-hearted as well.
P.S. I would like to thanks to my amazing partner Bora who did great job and helped me feel comfortable))
