Singer - Kateryna Levchenko. Aladdin`s theme - A whole new world.avi

Work with classical band ( 2010)

"A Whole New World" was written by Alan Irwin Menken;Timothy Miles Bindon Rice.

Aladdin: I can show you the world

Shining, shimmering, splendid

Tell me, princess, now when did

You last let your heart decide?
 I can open your eyes

Take you wonder by wonder

Over, sideways and under

On a magic carpet ride
 A whole new world

A new fantastic point of view

No one to tell us no or where to go

Or say we're only dreaming
Princess Jasmine: A whole new world

A dazzling place I never knew

But when I'm way up here, it's crystal clear

That now I'm in a whole new world with you

Aladdin: (Now I'm in a whole new world with you)

Princess Jasmine: Unbelievable sights

Indescribable feelings

Soaring, tumbling, freewheeling

Through an endless diamond sky
Princess Jasmine: A whole new world

Aladdin: (Don't you dare close your eyes)

Princess Jasmine: A hundred thousand things to see

Aladdin: (Hold your breath, it gets better)
Princess Jasmine: I'm like a shooting star

I've come so far

I can't go back

To where I used to be
Aladdin: A whole new world

Princess Jasmine: Every turn a surprise
Aladdin: With new horizons to pursue

Princess Jasmine: Every moment red letter

Both: I'll chase them anywhere

There's time to spare

Let me share this whole new world with you
Aladdin: A whole new world

Princess Jasmine: A whole new world

Aladdin: That's where we'll be

Princess Jasmine: That's where we'll be

Aladdin: A thrilling chase

Princess Jasmine: A wondrous place

Both: For you and me

Class on Wednesday. Feedback))

To tell the truth, it was first lesson in my life, which was made like a talk show. We were a little bit shy and worried because the lesson was in front of the audience and, moreover, it was recording. However, we had good helpers around us who answered  our questions by sharing their experiences or stories related to our theme. We also could give some advices to each other or ask in detail the most interesting parts of stories. I felt free after first minute of our conversation because group of people participated with great enthusiasm!      However, people who make the talk show like this should have a clear plan of show with questions, interesting videos, pictures, etc. Somethimes, audience can ask their own questions or the answers could be very long. In both of this unexpected situations, the host of the show must take control and improvise, that we did, too. Even though we had more questions to ask, we had limited time.((
In my case, this kind of talk show-lessons develop not only English skills, but  help students to tell their own opinions in front of many people and teach them how to be more open-hearted as well.

P.S. I would like to thanks to my amazing partner Bora who did great job and helped me feel comfortable))

How To Be a More Confident Public Speaker

Everybody in the world somethimes should speak publicly in front of the audience. Even though people need give their speeches not for the first time, many of them still feel some fear and discomfort. This video gives us several important advices how to overcome fear, be more confident and how to win the sympathy of the audience.

It is interesting for studying because the video shows us "The Triple-P Method ( Prepare, Posture, Pander )", and each of them has an understandable explanations. Also it includes funny aminations and the author uses jokes for better absorption of the learning material.

This video is very useful not only for studying how to become more confident public speaker, but also it uses lots of specific English phrases, unusual terminology, teach us how to collect ideas and create our own way of speach naturally.
